Shipping Terms and Conditions
Please review these Shipping Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before making a purchase from Preserva®. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Shipping Method
Preserva® offers shipping via standard shipping methods. The specific shipping method will be determined based on the availability and efficiency of carrier services in your area. In most cases, shipping will be handled via courier or postal service, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout and added to the total order amount.
Shipping Time
Preserva® orders are shipped within 3 business days after purchase. Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error or need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer support team immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Shipping Insurance
Preserva® does not offer shipping insurance. By placing an order, you acknowledge that lost or damaged shipments during transit are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return Policy
You may return an item within 30 days of payment, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging (unopened and unused).
- All return requests must be submitted through our customer support team.
- Customers are solely responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited.
- Preserva® reserves the right to handle or dispose of unauthorized return shipments at its discretion.
Warranty
Preserva® products include:
- a 2-year warranty for natural persons, and
- a 1-year warranty for legal persons.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If you experience an issue, please contact Aire Pouch® Customer Support before returning any product. Returns, repairs, replacements, or refunds must be approved in advance and handled under agreed conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Preserva® is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products. Customers are responsible for using products as instructed.
Products Returned by Shipping Provider as Undeliverable
If a product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to Preserva®, you authorize Preserva® to charge additional reshipping fees, up to the purchase price of the returned product.
